Driving Directions

Via I-95 South (Savannah/Hilton Head Int’l Airport)

• Take I-95 South to Exit 99A (I-16 East Savannah)
• Follow I-16 East to Exit 166 (Gwinnett & Louisville Road, Charleston)
• Go over Talmadge Bridge
• Stay in right lane and turn right at base of the bridge onto Hutchinson Island
• Follow signs to Trade & Convention Center

Via I-95 North

• Take I-95 North to Exit 99A
• Follow I-16 East to Exit 166 (Gwinnett & Louisville Road, Charleston)

Public Transportation

Utilize free public transportation in Savannah! Use the Express Shuttles throughout historic downtown Savannah or the River Street Streetcar to the Belles Ferry Landing. Then Take the free Belles Ferry to the Savannah International Trade & Convention Center.

Express Shuttle

• Operating 7 days a week, 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.
• Serving 11 stops around the Historic District
• Municipal parking facilities Visitor Centers, Streetcar and Ferry
• Exit at the City Hall Stop which is adjacent to the Hyatt Regency Hotel.  Then board to Belles Ferry.

River Street Streetcar

• Runs noon – 9pm (Th-Su)
• Exit at the City Hall stop, adjacent to Hyatt Regency Hotel. Then board to Belles Ferry.

Take the Belles Ferry

• Connecting downtown with Hutchinson Island and the Savannah International Trade & Convention Center
• Operating 7 days a week, from 7am to midnight
• From Trade Center Landing (on Hutchinson Island adjacent to the Westin Savannah Harbor Resort) to:
  • City Hall Landing below City Hall adjacent to Hyatt Regency Hotel
  • Waving Girl Landing in Morrell Park adjacent to the Marriott Riverfront Hotel (limited service)

Race Day Directions

Start Line: Bay Street & Bull Street
Finish Line: Forsyth Park

Parking Options

Vehicular access into downtown Savannah pre-race will be severely restricted due to road closures and course set up operations. Please do not attempt to access downtown Savannah prior to the start of the race.

Savannah Mall (14045 Abercorn St. Savannah, GA 31419)

• Free parking for runners and spectators and runner drop off available
• Take the free shuttle from the Savannah Mall to the Start Line (4:45 am-7:00 am). Please arrive early!
• After 7:00 am, shuttles will begin a continuous loop from Savannah Mall to Forsyth Park (until 3:30 pm).

*Driving directions from Tybee to Savannah mall

Broughton Street and Drayton Street

1. Drive north on Drayton Street
2. Make a left on Broughton Street
3. Drop off area will be clearly marked

Exiting cars will be directed towards Oglethorpe

All participants traveling into Savannah and not taking advantage of the Airport/Tybee Shuttles or Convention Center parking MUST use the Savannah Mall option. Parking and runner drop off will be accepted at this location.

Driving Directions to Savannah Mall:

• From I-16, take Exit 164-A (I-516 East) and travel for 1.5 miles to Veteran’s Pkwy. Travel South for 6 miles and take the loop onto Hwy 204/Abercorn Ext. Travel East for 2.9 miles. Savannah Mall will be on your left.
• Take Exit 94 (Hwy 204/Abercorn Ext.). Travel east for 7 miles. Savannah Mall will be on your left.

Savannah International Trade & Convention Center – SOLD OUT!

• Free Parking will be available for runners only – must reserve parking space in advance online and we suggest carpooling with your running buddies!

• Take the free tugboat from the Convention Center to the start line between 5:00 – 7:00 am and post event. Race numbers are required to board Ferry.

• Parking pass must be picked up at the Shuttle Tickets Booth at the Health & Fitness Expo
• Must reserve online (until 10/31) or at the expo (depending on availability)
• Limited to the first 1,000 people
• Can only reserve 1 spot/participant
• No trailers, no campers, overnight parking (only available if parking pass is clearly displayed)

Paid Shuttle Options for Participants & Spectators

All shuttle tickets must be purchased prior to race morning online (until 10/31) or at the Expo (depending on availability). Tickets will not be sold on site on Race Day. Tickets must be picked up at the Ticket Booth at the Health & Fitness Expo.

• Shuttle pick up will be at each location at 5:30 am and 6:00 am
  
• One way pre-event and roundtrip options available
• Round trip- continuous shuttles picking up from the Finish Line at Forsyth Park will run from 10:00am until 3:30pm
• Please note- Tybee Island is a pay-to-park community, so please plan to walk to the shuttle pick up location

  *The airport shuttle stops are ONE stop each. They service the hotels listed, but the shuttle does not stop at each hotel. You must pick up the shuttle at the locations noted on the maps
