Mix Up A Post-Workout Protein Smoothie

Triple Berry Blast Smoothie

Preparation: 5 minutes
Time-To-Table: 5 minutes
Serves: 1 (14 ounces)

  • 3/4 cup Ocean Spray® Ruby Red Grapefruit Juice
  • 1/3 cup AllWhites®
  • 1 cup frozen or fresh mixed berries (raspberries, strawberries, blueberries)

Combine all ingredients in blender*. Cover and blend until smooth. Serve immediately**.

* For a thicker smoothie, add ½ cup ice.

** This recipe can easily be doubled.
