California Triathlon provides free member led group training and support to make sure everyone is prepared for that big race. For runners who want a more intensive training regimen we offer a coached 12 week Pose training program. On race day you will be cheered along the course by the Cal Tri volunteers and cheer squads.

The Pasadena Pacers Running Club offers a free training program that is just right for you, right now. Whether you’re a runner or walker, or both, the Pacers will help you meet whatever fitness goals you’ve set for yourself while enjoying the tremendous camaraderie of our friendly membership. We’re a big club but you’ll quickly feel that you’re part of a more intimate group of friends and coaches who are personally committed to your fitness journey.

CLUB26.2 which is led by Directors/Coaches Robert Mills and Euri Mills provides a comprehensive 15 Week Half Marathon Interval Run/Walk Training Program that is designed for all levels of experience from novice walker to the seasoned runner.
Information and tips include choosing the right shoes, form & technique, optimal cross training, rest days, how to do the long run, maintenance runs, racing, tapering, proper stretching, proper nutrition, hydration, sports drinks, supplements, along with “what to do” and “what not to do” on race day.
The benefits for participating in the Club26.2 training program include:
