Train for the Rock ‘n’ Roll San Francisco Half Marathon with ‘Rock the Bay 13.1′
Join Marathon Matt (http://www.marathonmatt.com), the Official Pace Team of the 2013 Rock ‘n’ Roll San Francisco Half Marathon, and his road warriors on Sunday, 1/13 @ 9:30AM at Presidio Sports Basement (610 Old Mason Street) for the launch of the official training program of the RNR SF Half Marathon, Rock The Bay 13.1! Matt’s program includes multiple training levels (Beginner to Advanced), a sweet technical t-shirt with the Rock The Bay logo, a twice weekly email newsletter supporting your training, clinics/seminars, USATF/RRCA certified coaches, discounts with PSOAS Massage/Bodywork, free GU Energy Products, social events, tons of fun teammates, a $10 discount on the RNR SF Half, and more!
Group run workouts take place on Wednesdays @ 6:30PM in Golden Gate Park AND in the Marina. Sunday morning long runs take place at 9:30AM in various locations in San Francisco. The program also includes an optional Thursday night bootcamp @ 6:30PM in the Marina.
