The Dailey Method
The 2014 St. Jude Country Music Marathon & 1/2 Marathon presented by Nissan has partnered with The Dailey Method so y’all can mix up your rigorous training programs and target different muscles. Click here for more information about The Dailey Method and a full class schedule!

The Dailey Method effectively strengthens, tones and lengthens the entire body. All movement is controlled and very focused, effective, and safe. Proper alignment is our primary focus. Each set of exercises is followed by a series of active stretches to develop more sculpted and supple muscles. The entire body and mind are constantly working throughout class. Through this process one’s body, posture, and physical awareness will be transformed!
-Country Music particpants receive one FREE class when race confirmation is presented before race day, April 26, 2014.
-Country Music participants will receive 15% off any Dailey Method package or class pricing through April 25, 2014 (race confirmation must be presented)
-The Dailey Method will host a FREE class for Country Music participants on Sunday, April 27, 2014 at 2pm (must present race bib for FREE entry)
-Country Music participants will receive one FREE class starting April 28th-May 12th when bib is presented.
