Nestled in famous coastal neighborhood La Jolla, Piatti offers you a taste of Italy with California flare. Sip on a glass on Pinot Grigio on their tree-covered patio, while you enjoy Italian favorites like Beef Carpaccio, Veal Scallopini with Lemon-Caper Picatta, thin crusted pizza or pasta. Walk off your meal at La Jolla Shores Beach, only a few short blocks away.

Old Venice
Family owned and operated for over 30 years, Old Venice in Point Loma offers the perfect ambiance for a pre/post race meal. Choose from classic Italian dishes like Bruschetta,  Caprese Salad, pasta and thin crusted pizza. For
an extra kick, their Cilantro Pesto Shrimp with linguine will delight your appetite.

Voted one of the best restaurants in San Diego’s Gaslamp Quarter, Searsucker features everything from comfort food like Mac ‘n’ Cheese to locally caught seafood. Enjoy signature cocktails like the Peter Rabbit or select from their large wine list or local lagers and ales on tap.

Craft & Commerce
Located in Downtown’s Little Italy, Craft & Commerce offers farm-table New American cuisine, artisan cocktails and craft beer with hipster flare. Serving up American classics like Ode to the Burger and Sweet Potato Fries, to southern comfort food like Fried Chicken and Mac & Cheese there’s something for every palate. Try one of their signature cocktails like the
Eastern Prospector with orange spice tea-infused bourbon, honey, and lemon or CUBAN #2 made with white rum, house-made grenadine and lime.

El Indio
When in San Diego, you must eat Mexican food! El Indio, located just minutes from downtown in the Mission Hills neighborhood, is known as the
birthplace of the infamous “Taquito”, and served as a Tortilla factory back in 1940. Be sure to order their tortillas or corn chips made fresh daily, or the Taquito, fresh fish taco, burrito or enchilada plate.

Old Town Mexican Cafe
Old Town Mexican Cafe is a San Diego classic situated in historic Old Town, the birthplace of California. You will want to make more room for fresh tortillas, chips, spicy salsa and guacamole to go with your carnitas or fajitas platter. Take in views of the San Diego Bay at The Fish Market, a waterfront landmark located in downtown San Diego. Waterfront Bar & Grill
Considered San Diego’s oldest tavern, the Waterfront Bar & Grill located in Little Italy is a #CGIStaff favorite. This joint will have you ROCKIN’ post-race. Order a Bloody Mary or Mimosa to celebrate your finsih and an end to Sunday Funday.

Vin de Syrah Spirit & Wine Parlor
You’ll have trouble finding the door *hint hint*, but will be amazed once your’re inside! A Gaslamp favorite, a trip to Vin de Syrah is like a chapter out of Alice in Wonderland. Their eclectic decor channels the lounges of New York’s “meatpacking district” and the warm brasseries of turn of the century Paris. From the live DJ beats to  jazz ensembles, you’ll be in wonderland with their extensive wine list, custom cocktails, and cheese and dessert plates.
