Race Crew volunteers assist with nearly every aspect of the event, including the Health & Fitness Expo, Start Line, Finish Line, and the Water Stations along the course. Simply click either of the blue “Race Crew” buttons below to sign up online.

= Crucial Shifts: These shifts are difficult to fill! If you are able to attend any shift on this particular day, we encourage you to do so.

September 12, 13, 14 – Health and Fitness Expo

  • Location: Pennsylvania Convention Center
  • Thursday, September 12 – 1:00pm to 4:00pm
  • Friday, September 13 – 10:00am to 3:30pm | 2:30pm to 7:00pm (“all day” available)
  • Saturday, September 14 – 8:00am to 1:30pm | 12:30pm to 6:00pm (“all day” available)
Thursday, September 12 – ING KiDS ROCK

  • Location: Belmont Plateau
  • Shift: 9:30am – 12:00pm
   Sunday, September 15 – Start Line

  • Location: Benjamin Franklin Parkway, near Eakins Oval
  • Shift: 4:00am – 8:00am
Sunday, September 15 – Finish Line

  • Location: Eakins Oval
  • Shift: 5:00am – 2:30pm
   Sunday, September 15 – Water Stations

  • Times: Varied
  • Location: Varied along course

The Medical Team is dedicated to providing rapid assessment and administering acute first aid services to event participants. The team is made up of volunteers from many medical institutions within the local community. Be a part of this vital group of volunteers! Click the red button to register for an aid station at the start, along the course or at the finish.
